About this policy

EYWA Technologies develops Chroma Pipes (Android package com.eywagames.chromapipes). This policy explains the current game’s data practices. Our website privacy policy separately explains what happens when you visit our website or submit its contact form.

Information in the game

Chroma Pipes does not require an account. The current game does not collect or transmit personal information to EYWA Technologies and does not include advertising, analytics, third-party crash-reporting, social sign-in, cloud saves or in-app purchase integrations. We do not sell or share personal information from gameplay.

Progress stored on your device

The game saves unlocked stages, stars, current puzzle progress, game resource values, and music, sound, voice and motion preferences in its private app storage. A local backup helps recover saved progress. This information is used to resume your game and remember your choices; it is not uploaded to our servers. Android app-data backup is disabled in this release.

Permissions and audio

The Android release declares Internet and vibration permissions. Internet permission does not itself transmit information; this version has no gameplay data upload or online account feature. The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. Music and spoken encouragement are bundled audio; the game does not record your voice.

Children’s privacy

The same local-only gameplay practices apply to children and adults. The game does not ask children for their name, email address or other personal information, and has no chat or targeted advertising. Parents or guardians can contact us with privacy questions. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support on their behalf.

When you contact us

If you choose to email us or use our website contact form, we receive the details you provide and use them to respond and resolve your request. Our hosting and email providers process these communications to operate those services. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents. We retain support communications only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations; you may request deletion using the contact below.

Retention, deletion and security

Local game information remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. To delete it on Android, open Settings, select Apps, then Chroma Pipes, then Storage and Clear storage (wording varies by device). This removes saved progress and preferences. We cannot restore progress from our servers because we do not receive it. Android’s app storage protections restrict ordinary access to these files. No method of storage or communication is completely secure.

Google Play and external services

Google Play and Android may separately process store, installation, diagnostic or account information under Google’s own policies and your device settings. These platform services are separate from data collection by the game. Visiting this policy website or contacting support is also separate from offline gameplay.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. If a future release introduces data collection or third-party services, we will describe those practices and provide any required notices or consent before they apply.
